Safety Commitment

LaRosa Building Group is committed to providing all of our employees a workplace free from recognized hazards. We teach and practice safety every day – no one should learn safety by accident!

SAFETY PROGRAMS

Safety Training
LaRosa Building Group has the responsibility of instructing employees how to perform their tasks and how to avoid the hazards of the job.  Safety training starts with new employee orientation, hazard communication training, PPE training, and ongoing training and certification as required for employees to safely perform the requirements of their jobs.  No employee is assigned tasks that the employee is not qualified to perform.

Safety Compliance
Regular and periodic safety inspections have proven to be an effective tool in monitoring job site locations for workplace conditions, employee work practices and potential hazards. LaRosa job sites are regularly visited by a Safety Inspector; site conditions are recorded and any unsafe practices are immediately addressed and corrected.

Safety Committee
LaRosa Building Group has a Safety Committee whose mission and purpose is to bring employers and employees together in a cooperative and non-adversarial effort to promote health and safety at each worksite.  The Committee gathers to evaluate safety and prevention programs and establish safety initiatives.  The Committee serves as a safety resource for every employee and subcontractor.
