PAC10 Lofts

Lawrence, MA

This project is located at 300 Methuen Street in Lawrence, MA. The Pacific Mill is one of many buildings originally built around 1910 as one of the premier homes of the manufacturing industry in Lawrence, MA. This was until the 1940-50s following the Great Depression and World War when the majority of the industry left the area. Ever since then, the area was abandoned and neglected. The PAC 10 Lofts (formerly Pacific Mill 9) is one of the few buildings remaining in excellent structural condition, featuring cathedral ceilings, archery brick and full height windows. At the time of completion of Phase 1 of renovation, the PAC 10 Lofts will be home to (180) affordable and market rate apartments occupying floors 2 through 6. Tenants will have access to amenities such as indoor parking on the first floor, public amenity room and fitness center on the second floor, the ability to choose their Internet/Cable provider and Stainless Steel appliances that includes a washer/dryer combo. The units are either 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms apartments, with select units designed for tenants with disability and/or hearing impaired. The building will also feature some of the very unique perks on Lawrence in state of the art security system, access control and inhouse Amazon lockers.
