HISTORIC REHABILITATION
Special care and expertise must be applied to the rehabilitation of historic structures when encountering antiquated and potentially hazardous building materials and bringing the structure up to current building standards without compromising its integrity. LaRosa has successfully completed projects where either the building was listed on State and/or National Historic Registers, or the project was within a historic district.

Valley Supportive Housing
Derby and Ansonia, CT
This project was the renovation and alteration of five multi-family residential properties located throughout Ansonia and Derby, Connecticut. These properties will be utilized for affordable and supportive housing for those with special needs. The project brings 20 units with 23,349 GSF combined to the Connecticut River Valley communities. Three units are ADA accessible and six are ADA adaptable.
