Accounts Payable Clerk / Receptionist
FT position available at LaRosa Building Group, a construction company located in central Connecticut. This individual will report directly to the Office Manager.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Full cycle AP (sorting, scanning, data entry, matching, batching, coding)
File paid invoices in appropriate file
Research and analyze variances
Track tax exempt jobs
Obtain W-9 from new vendors
Manage vendor insurance certificates
Answering the phone
Sorting and distributing mail
Manage and order office and break room supplies
Perform other duties as assigned
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel
Previous accounting experience a plus
Experience in construction preferred
Experience with Sage Accounting software preferred
Strong communication skills and customer service mindset required
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
