HISTORIC REHABILITATION
Special care and expertise must be applied to the rehabilitation of historic structures when encountering antiquated and potentially hazardous building materials and bringing the structure up to current building standards without compromising its integrity. LaRosa has successfully completed projects where either the building was listed on State and/or National Historic Registers, or the project was within a historic district.

James LaRosa,
Chief Executive Officer
James A. LaRosa is part of the second generation management and ownership of LaRosa Building Group and has over 20 years of construction experience. He directs the overall operations by implementing procedures and policies to achieve corporate objectives and ensure maximum operating efficiency. Jim provides guidance, advice, and direction to resolve challenges that may arise.
Patricia (LaRosa) Parete,
Chief Financial Officer /
Director of Finance
Patricia Parete has been a part of LaRosa Building Group’s financial team since 1997. She received her B.S in Finance from Quinnipiac University in 2001. As CFO, she is directly responsible for the overall financial activities of the company, and directly manages Corporate Finance, Treasury and Cash Management, Accounting and Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting, Credit and Collection, as well as Administration and Human Resources.
Michael Anderson,
Director of Operations
Michael Anderson oversees all phases of the construction process to ensure that our Project Managers operate in the most time and cost-efficient manner while delivering our clients with the most professional and satisfying experience possible.
